Now forming the founding roster

Medicine advances when the people who practice it are in the room.

Contribute your clinical knowledge to the pharmaceutical, device, and life-science companies advancing medicine — through paid advisory engagements, on your schedule, at fair market value, with the compliance handled for you.

  • Free for physicians. Always. Companies pay to access verified expertise — you never pay to receive work.
  • You control your data. Companies see verified credentials and attestations.
  • Compliance handled. Fair-market-value documentation and Open Payments reporting are built in, so you can focus on the advising.

A sentence or two is plenty — e.g., areas, conditions, or procedures you know deeply.

Would you take a paid advisory engagement for a product you believe in?

We're building partnerships with societies to bring engagements to their members.

We'll email you as engagements open in your specialty.
Your information is never shared with companies without your consent.

How MDz works

The thinking is yours.
The paperwork is ours.

Verify

Confirm your license and credentials. You hold the keys to your own data — companies receive verified attestations.

Match on your terms

Companies seeking your specialty request engagements — advisory boards, protocol input, product feedback. You choose what to accept, and when.

Get paid, we help with compliance

Engagements are priced at documented fair market value, and Sunshine Act reporting is generated automatically. Your judgment earns; our system files.

A note from the founder

Why I'm building this

Industry already values our judgment. Today it reaches us through recruiters and cold calls, but not on our own terms. Somewhere between clinic and yet another unsolicited "quick 30-minute survey," it became apparent that physicians have no venue of our own for this advisory work.

I'm building MDz so that physicians can share their expertise on their own terms, get paid fairly for it, with an agent helping with the compliance paperwork. It's the platform I wanted for myself.

Great science and expert clinical judgment build better medicine together.
